It's a brand new Monday!

And of course, the last memo for the month of March.

Checkmate has been trend.

Last week, I analyzed how the pieces of chess figuratively refers to us. I highlighted that, we have a crucial part to play. Just as checkmate is the highest point whilst playing the game of chess, it is similar to landmark moments in our lives.

Today, I'm here to give a more insightful perspective.

Truth is this, sometimes the checkmate after multiple trails, failures, disappointments, but just as things begin to look their worse, you achieve the win and smile.

As mortals, low times are inevitable, even with your effort, but here's the fact—the immortal turns everything around for our good in some unexpected, checkmate moment.  To reteriate “checkmate” is a term used when playing chess. When spoken, it declares that there are no more moves to be made, a victor King is determined, and the game is finished. I’m convinced that the immortal is the master chess player on the board of life.

He manages the difficult situations, using the very things we could never imagine, to not only solve the narrative, but also position us to be blessed and writes the best story about our lives.

He positions us in ways that hides us from appearing to be a threat to the enemy while allowing the devil’s moves to position everyone for and unexpected “checkmate”.

The immortal being knows what He is doing. Never reveal yourself ahead of time or make any moves on your own. Trust your guts and your instincts. He has a plan. When you act in total obedience to God, put all your trust in Him, then even when it looks like you’re losing the fight, you’re actually being positioned for the win.

64 squares, 32 pieces, and 1 ‘simple’ task — To track down your opponents' king and place it in checkmate. Just like our LIVES. The crux is achieve the best only.
