Monday Memo| Detail No.184| December 15, 2025

This week is about the words you choose to live by. The ones you speak out loud and the ones you whisper to yourself when no one else can hear. Words are seeds. What you repeat takes root. What you believe begins to grow. And too often, we’ve been planting doubt without realizing it.

Think about how you’ve spoken to yourself this year.

In moments of failure, pressure, and waiting. Did you offer grace, or did you become your own harshest voice? Seeds of affirmation invite you to shift that. To speak life where fear has lingered. To remind yourself that God did not bring you this far to abandon you now.

Affirmation isn’t pretending everything is perfect. It’s choosing faith over fear. It’s saying, I am growing even when I can’t see it. It’s trusting that the work God started in you is still unfolding. When you speak strength over yourself, you align your heart with truth rather than anxiety.

This week, be intentional with your words.

Let them build, not break. Let them steady you when the days feel uncertain. Speak peace into your mornings. Speak courage into your challenges. Speak gratitude into your waiting. These quiet affirmations shape how you step into the next season Plant words that reflect who you are becoming. God listens. Your heart listens. And what you plant now will grow stronger roots than you realize.
