Monday Memo| Detail No.150| April 14, 2025|

Updated: Apr 21

Have you ever just paused for a second and noticed how the seasons shift? Not all at once—but little by little. One day, the sun lingers a bit longer. The next, a cool breeze reminds you that summer’s slipping away. It’s subtle. Gentle. But it’s always happening.

Life is like that, too.

We all move through our own personal seasons. Sometimes, we’re in our summer era—full of energy, ideas flowing, momentum everywhere. Other times, we’re in winter—slowing down, feeling a bit stuck, maybe even wondering if things will ever bloom again.

And then there’s spring—those moments when hope quietly returns. New dreams. Fresh starts. The little sparks that remind us we’re not done yet.

But here’s the thing: change doesn’t come in loud, dramatic waves. Most of the time, it tiptoes in. You start feeling different. Your priorities shift. Something small inside you whispers, “It’s time.”

Whatever season you’re in right now—whether it feels like everything’s blooming, falling apart, or just standing still—it matters. There’s no “bad” season. They all have something to teach us. Even the quiet ones. Especially the quiet ones.

So today, instead of rushing to the next thing or judging where you are, take a breath. Acknowledge this season. Honor it. There’s beauty in this part of your story, too.

Just like nature, you’re allowed to evolve in your own time.
