Monday Memo|Detail No.146|March 17,2025|

Hello there, it's a brand new week, if you are new here, welcome! The theme for March is Empowerment and our focus today is the Power of Your Voice. Sit tight and enjoy the ride.

Your voice is more than sound—it’s your truth, your identity, your power. Yet, for so long, you’ve been told to lower it. To shrink your words. To only speak when spoken to. Maybe you’ve held back opinions in meetings, swallowed emotions in relationships, or convinced yourself that your thoughts don’t matter. But they do. They always have.

Think about the times you wanted to say something but didn’t. Maybe you feared judgment, rejection, or being misunderstood. Maybe you worried you weren’t qualified enough to speak. So, you stayed silent. And each time you did, a small piece of you faded. But here’s what no one tells you—your voice isn’t just for you. It’s for the people who need to hear it. It’s for those who don’t yet have the courage to use theirs.

History is filled with individuals who changed the world simply by speaking up. They weren’t always the loudest, but they were the most certain. They believed in their words, even when others didn’t. You don’t have to stand on a stage or have a microphone to make an impact. Sometimes, power lies in the conversations no one else hears—the ones where you set boundaries, advocate for yourself, or stand up for what’s right.

Maybe you’ve been dismissed before, told that your voice is ‘too much’ or ‘not enough.’ That doesn’t mean you should stop using it. The world doesn’t get to decide the value of your words—you do. And when you start speaking with conviction, everything changes. You attract opportunities, command respect, and most importantly, you honor yourself.

But using your voice isn’t just about talking—it’s about knowing when to listen, too. True power comes from understanding, from learning, from being open to growth. It’s about speaking with intention, not just noise. It’s about recognizing that silence, when chosen—not forced—can be just as powerful.

So, this week, challenge yourself. Say what you’ve been holding back. Express how you truly feel. Set the boundary you’ve been afraid to enforce. Ask the question you’ve been too nervous to ask. Not everyone will agree with you. Not everyone will like it. And that’s okay. Your voice isn’t meant to please everyone—it’s meant to be yours.

Because when you start using it, really using it, you’ll realize something life-changing: the power you were searching for was within you all along.
