It’s Day 3, let’s get started. Honestly, I love weddings. Even though it’s been ages I attended one. At this point in the year, it’s actually really nice to come together to celebrate the nuptials of people we love (don’t forget to use your nose masks, safety first). And with nuptials, of course, come the events—lots of events—each requiring a staple. If only someone was in the business of giving you a whole lot of outfit advice for just these types of wedding events… OH WAIT!

Style refers to a person’s particular way of expressing themselves—whether that’s through clothing, writing style, or a style of architecture. In the fashion world, “style” is usually shorthand for “personal style,” or the way an individual expresses themselves through aesthetic choices such as their clothing, accessories, make up or natural look, hairstyle, and the way they put an outfit together.
Style is timeless. Someone who is stylish may or may not follow fashion trends, but they always stay true to their own aesthetic. Personal style is about developing a sense of self rather than simply absorbing trends.
Remember that personal style is an experiment; you never know what amazing looks await you until you're in the dressing room. The categories "menswear" and "womenswear" shouldn't dictate how you shop. This days, women rock Abgadas at Owanbe and even serve groomsmen duties! In some countries (Scotland,Greece, Bhutan, Burma, Fiji), men wear skirts during nuptials or special occasions. Men wearing skirts started way back before women began putting them on. The piece of cloth around the man’s waist has been there for centuries and it’s a symbol of masculinity.

Take time to play with colours and shapes to find what looks great on your unique body.
Your personal style code is the style blueprint to your identity, personality, lifestyle and of course the beautiful colours and body shape you were born with. Your Style code consists of your Style City, Colour code, Body Code. Knowing all 3 elements of your Style Code allows you to truly discover who you are, accept yourself for your natural beauty and focuses only on the positive’s about you.
Personally, I love gowns with headgear, but there is no fixed rule that says— what you need in a wedding is long lace gowns( for ladies) or agbadas( for gents) The fashion world is evolving. Don’t get me wrong. Your signatory style? YES, but it should be an outfit befitting for the occasion. ROGER THAT? COOL!

Your signatory style could even be workwear or street sytle. I love classy gowns but at the same time I love big blazers and wide pants.

For some ladies, Make up is a thang they can’t do without, that’s their signatory look (call it shallow, but it is what it is) lol. Develop a style that works for you, if it’s doing justice to the make up on your face, more grace. If you’re team natural, rock and roll. Doesn’t cause for a tussle.
Also, some guys can’t do without tie and face caps. The day they do, they might look sick, lol. This is no joke, I’m very serious. For some, tie and corporate shirts are like taboos. Some are on afro, the day they shave that hair, you might not recognize them again, lol.😂😂😂 These things happen folks, preference differs.
Fashion and style is like art, the brush for painting lies in everyone hands. Hence, subjective splashing of colours is inevitable.
I have handled today’s fashion code (developing a signatory style, obviously) creating the perfect outfits for the celebration are now up to you.
